The perfect place for a ski getaway! the hotel is ideally located for quick access to the slopes. the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and our stay was made even better by the amazing restaurant on site. We loved the fresh, high-quality food, and the steak was absolutely delicious! Another highlight was the spacious and clean rooms, with comfortable beds for a good night's rest after a long day on the mountain.
The noise level from the bar downstairs was sometimes a bit much. We were woken up a couple of times by loud music, and it was a bit frustrating to deal with.

Helpful staff most of whom spoke good English. Restaurant offered quite a good choice of meals with cheaper pizza options a speciality. Service in restaurant very good. Hotel in excellent position close to Westendorf's base lifts. Good sized rooms.
Extractor fan in bathroom stayed on for 25 minutes after you left this area of your room.

Great location, delicious food, and comfortable rooms. The hotel is located close to the main lift, making it easy to access the slopes. The restaurant is amazing, serving fresh produce and really great meats. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax in after a long day of skiing.
Lack of sauna/steamroom facility and poor communication during breakfast. The hotel lacks a sauna/steamroom facility, which could have been a nice addition after a day on the slopes.
